ABOUT
I care about how products work, not just how they look.
I’m Shah Zaman, a product designer interested in making complex software easier to understand, navigate, and use.
I work across UX, interface design, product workflows, and the broader questions that shape a digital product. My experience with SaaS and automation has made me especially interested in the relationship between user experience, product decisions, and business outcomes.

My work started with graphic design, website development, and WordPress. Building sites for businesses taught me how much a page’s structure affects whether people understand what they’re looking at.
Over time I moved toward UX and product design, working with startups and business-oriented digital products, including an AI-powered outbound SaaS platform and a CRM consulting service for real estate investors.
That work shifted my attention from visual execution toward workflows, product structure, and the reasons behind design decisions. Today I’m most interested in the problems that sit between the interface and the business.
How I think about design
Clarity is a product decision.
A clear interface often starts with understanding the problem and organizing the underlying information.
Context matters more than isolated screens.
A feature must make sense within the wider user journey and business workflow.
Good design should serve a purpose.
Visual polish matters, but it should support comprehension, usability, and the intended product outcome.
